Thanks all, I do have the adjusting screws in. Also the spring is attached. The challenge seems to be the back of the silver can does not sit into the housing to the point the adjusting screws engage. Can anyone describe how the adjusting screws are supposed to engage the can and make it move? As mine is now, the nut is in the frame the the screw is perpendicular. One can ether screw in our out but I don't see what it moves?
