Well, my 2nd and 3rd synchros are shot in my original 1962 3 speed. Haven't found replacements yet. I'm considering replacing the entire tranny with another 3 speed. Any suggestions? I need advice please.

Tommy suggested a T5 transmission. If you lean that direction, I have a very good friend who lives in Stephens City, VA. He has a T5 we installed in his 1966 1/2 ton. I'm sure he'd let you take a test drive to see what it can do. Let me know and I'll get you in contact with him.
