When I unscrewed the window frame from the riser bar I found there were two connections at both ends of the window frame that connect the top and bottom pieces of the frame. One connector was missing and the other has some sort of
A counter sunk "rivet" that was just loosely inserted into the Connection. Doesnt appear correct.
Don't think a simple nut and bolt is the answer as they would catch and wear on the window channel.
My question is, "What have others done to connect these two pieces together?"
I'm sure this has been addressed before. I'm looking for some cures.
Thanks.
