I believe those are intended to fit between a spindle and a lower ball joint, and they should work on any IFS vehicle with the right taper to the ball joint stud. Something similar would be needed to space the upper ball joint to maintain something close to correct suspension geometry. There would still be issues with the tie rod angles and possible bump steer.

One seemingly minor change in the way a suspension system was engineered and manufactured usually results in several unintended consequences, but hotrodders have always been smarter than the guys who make a living designing this stuff- - - - -am I right?
