Hey Jerry, Findin stuff like that makes ya feel young again doesnt it? I found a '55 GMC 250 last year in a barn that hadnt seen daylight in more than 22 years. If ya do get chance to look it over good and talk to somebody about it, I wonder if you could check something out for me? I'm hopein it has a 270 , 6 cyl in it cause I havin a head scratcher with mine. Maybe you can find the answer for me. Pop the dist. cap and see if it has a cup below the rotor and above the points? Somethin that would set ON the dist housing but under the rim of the cap. My current project is givin me a hell of an eye twitch cause the cap doesnt seem to fit right. Like the rotors too tall and the cap seems loose on the housing too??? You wouldnt just happen to have any ideas would you ????? Thanx in advance and good luck with yer find. Mark
