New Member...HI!
I am restoring a 1955 Suburban. The original floor has been replaced with pressure treated planks and steel dividers, and installed higher than original since it was planted onto a 1988 chevy chassis. I am thinking of replacing entire rear floor with corrugated steel, welded around perimeter to tie the body together better and limit creaks, noise and body flex.
Anybody been down this road?
