47-54 Chevrolet COE seat backs, and cushions are the same as the pickup trucks. The seat frame is slightly modified at the front portion to allow for the tranny linkage to travel from beneath the seat out to the shifter lever mounted on the center engine cover. 47-54 GMC COEs however, have the full seat back, as the Chevrolet's do, but have separate driver, and passenger seat cushions, with the shifter coming straight up from the tranny.
