How is describing the neg. results one had from any vendor trashing the vendor? I have attempted calling Jim Carter direct {several times} but always get Jim is not available from the person on the other end.
I am in the process of attempting to develop a relationship with the owner of this company through a friend of mine who grew up with the guy and currently is in touch with him frequently. If I were to slam his company here, it would likely jeopardize that endeavor.
One needs to ask oneself, "Who wants to deal with a guy who slams your company on an old truck forum which is visited by 10s of thousands of potential customers?"
