The rod journals are already 30 thousandths undersize, and a few are also worn out of round. You need to replace the crankshaft, and probably the rods.

There's a "standard" diameter crank on Ebay right now that would probably regrind to .010/.010 on the rods and mains. If you keep the clearances adjusted, that's a crank that would last another 30-40 years.
