Been working on a 50 Chev PU for a bunch of years, rebuilt the 235/4sp tranny, lots of body work, so this Saturday before putting on the front fenders I finally hooked up a newly purchased 6v battery, with a temporary panel with guage, regulator and switch my brother and I fired it up. after several tries adjusting the distributor it came alive, we kept it running for 20 minutes, fixed and oil leak and now it starts on first go. Very happy and wanted to share. This website has helped me on many accounts and most appreciates the topics and comments...cheers Glenn
