Around here I figure $20 to have a tire shop remove big old crispy stuck truck tire from a rim, and few more $ to dispose of it.
Paying that later won't leave a lot or room to pay for the wheels to start with, make sure they're what fits your truck, you need them, and know they're in good shape.
20" wheels more so than 22.5" tubeless can look OK on the outside and have lots of rust inside, you don't find out until after wrestling with it for some time and or paying to have someone else more practiced wrestle the tire off.
