I didn't see any pictures but if he's read the tech tip then likely RH5 as described.
From the tech tip in my opinion the best option are the factory 22.5" wheels from a 56-59 Chevy 1.5 ton.
Followed by stock multi piece 20" wheels that aren't RH5.
Pretty far down on the list are 19.5" wheels, they just look small unless your putting them on something from the 40's or earlier. Also smaller diameter tire hurts top speed and comfortable driving these days.
Custom made wheels are certainly a good option and depending on price, design, and how you like the look they could be top of the list or bottom or somewhere in between.
I haven't yet seen a design that looked plain and ordinary enough to not draw my attention to them, wondering what's up with those strange looking wheels?
Hopefully the wheels Jim is looking into look real nice and become a great option for others too.
I think 10R22.5 is pushing it a bit for fitting on an AD truck. Don't get excited about that size until proven to fit.
My 48 has 9R22.5 tires at 38" tall and they fit well but not much room for anything larger/wider.
