What year?
Mariner Blue is a dark blue but that name had two different codes during A-D years (up through '52; and '53/'54/'55-1st?). The lighter blues used over the A-D years were named Windsor Blue and Transport Blue.
Most likely, Mariner Blue is what you are looking for. I will post DuPont and PPG (Ditzler) codes later today.
