The project got started this weekend. Sunday I got the front clip off, the a/c heater unit salvaged the radiator and associated items from the front end removed. I installed the front bulkhead from EZ Chassis Swap and it went on fine then I realized that you need to install all of the parts that go on it before it is installed. Soooo I got it put back together and it looks nice. I removed the original radiator and cut the bottom off and bolted it on, so far so good. I took the radiator down to the local shop to have it cleaned and tested. Upon inspection it had a mouse nest inside of it.
I will clean and paint the radiator frame hopefully tomorrow and get it bolted down more securely.
I started on removing the bed on the S-10 but am having trouble with it; does anyone have any ideas why it isn't coming off? I took off the 6 bed bolts and the 4 fender support bars but it is fighting me. Any help would be great.
