Are the original master cylinders the same on the 58 Viking 1 1/2 and two ton as they are on 1/2 ton? If not , does anyone know a part number or source for new or rebuilt? Also. Are the original front wheel cylinders (14 inch drums) on this Viking 60, 7-8ths bore?? That's what the sales rep at Jim carter truck parts told me. ....but the ones on my truck are larger bore so the rebuild they sent me won't fit. Wondering if mine has had heavier wheel cylinders put on at some time due to lack of availability or iff the sales rep was wrong about them being 7/8th bore.
