I am curious about reassembly procedure. I know that during mockup on my GMC 53 1 ton that it was kind of a pain to install the inner and then the outer. You have to slip the outer fender under the rad support, over the inner fender and outboard of the cab. Good luck not scratching paint doing that. It proved a real PIA despite having everything super loose.
In the other hand, I assembled the clip (minus grille and surround) and it seemed easier. But if it were painted I would want about 4 people helping me sloooowly attach it. Plenty of masking would be required to help prevent scratches.
Anybody have opinions, ideas, tips on how to assemble a painted front end best?
