You don't mention, is it of the same brand? Most top brand paint companied will not endorse the use of thier product with that of another. Also all top brands Inmont, PPG, Sherwin Williams, etc, will have thier info and mixing directions on the web. Have you looked it up? Ask your paint guy for manufactureer data. You will get such things as mixing directions, dry time to re-coat, dry time to sanding, gun tip size and application directions, other recommondations and a lot more. If he is not willing to get this for you dump him and find another distributor to deal with.
