Are you referring to a bushing in the axle where the king pin goes through the axle?
If yes, that is a repair-job bushing.
You might be able to press it out and press in a new bushing; and then, drill/ream the bushing for a very tight fit for a new king pin? I have never seen an axle bushing for sale. If you/anyone find them, please post info here.
