Gazim, I don't mean to be a wiseguy, but are you sure it's orange peel, or is the paint wrinkling up on these spots when you spray them. There is a difference. Orange peel is just a surface imperfection and can be taken care of by color sanding and buffing. It almost sounds like what you have is a "wrinkling" effect where a contaminant on the metal such as oil or grease is not allowing the paint to adhere to the metal or the primer. Even an oily finger print is enough to make this happen. If this is the case, the only way to cure it is to remove the contaminant by re-preping the area. Sand, clean with a good wax and grease remover, re-prime, then re-paint. Good luck.
