Hey Mag, Welcome. Once you have the 4 screws out that hold the window to the regulator, and the inner window frame off, roll down the regulator, tip the front of the window down into the door until you've rotated it a 1/4 turn. Now the top of the window should be facing the front of the door. From here you should be able to tip the window toward you as you lift it out of the door. You do not need to remove the glass run channel to remove the window.
