The 50-52 235 had a different head-bolt pattern compared to 1953/54 and later 235s. And, the 50-52 was a low-pressure engine.
The optional/accessory oil filter (if it has one) would work OK on later 235s.
You could get the valve cover to work (by changing a few mounting bolts onto the later 235). | | |
