interior Stainless Steel moulding was only available on 1951 All (DELUXE) Advance Design truck doors.

exterior Stainless Steel moulding was available 47-51
then stopped for Korean war 52-53,(because of Stainless Steel shortage.
then available again in 54-55 1st series *(with deluxe equipment)
I think there are some vendors repopping both of the exterior & interior Stainless Steel door window mouldings.
Note: There might be differences in the mouldings used for doors with vent panes and doors without vent panes.
1951 Vent pane windows were added to Chevrolet built cab doors used on light and medium duty models.
