It's got a reverse lockout handle and a choice of several heights of big chrome shift sticks, but there never was a "stock" shifter that I'm aware of except maybe the ones in the Chevy Monza, Vega, etc. where the 4 speed Saginaw was an OEM option.
Check Ebay for "Saginaw 4 speed shifter" LOTS of options over a wide range of prices, OEM and aftermarket.
