Donsz 'Bolter D Joined: Jan 2000 Posts: 591 Apple Vallley, MN	On my 57, it was spot welded in. Look carefully & you will see how it fits. I replaced the whole thing, in part because I also replaced the step, so it just turned out to be a cleaner job that way.
