Loosen the bell assembly and slide it back,then loosen the u-joint and slide it back,at the same time push the d/shaft tube up and tie off with a rope.you may want to have the rope in place before undoing. U-joint. That will make room for the Trans to slide towards the rear of truck when you take it out.
