How about 4 appliance or paino dollies. I used 2 for my jeep body - but its very light. 4 dollies at $15 a piece (HF) and a few 2x4s for the perimeter would work well. I could roll my 'heep' out and do sanding/etc on it, and then roll it back in. However, 2 people can move a heep body easy (CJ2/3)
