| | | | Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 2,306 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Sep 2010 Posts: 2,306 | Just picked up a old 235 casting on block is 3738307 58 to 62 235 serial number is f714jc the head has b49 then 848 with 850 below.I see some of the sites have explanation of the serial number but could not find what the jc means.also looks like the engine is from a truck therefore would it have solid lifters. Engine does not move but is all painted nice don't have any real history for it as the guy a traded for it was going to disassemble and make art out of the pistons ect . | | |
