I think the 54/55 Chevrolet and GMC electric wiper motor "assemblies" are different. I think the wiper motor brackets/attachments (at least) are different.
The 54/55 A-D Chevrolet wiper motors are different from later Chevrolet truck wiper motors (including difference in wiper brackets/attachments)
The 54/55 Chevrolet and GMC dashes are different (the radios are different, too).
Does someone know if it makes a wiper-motor difference regarding 6v positive ground (GMC) vs 6v negative ground (Chevrolet)?
