As the weather improves I an going to try to replace the lower door hinge plate on my 59. I have marked and drilled most of the spot welds but am having trouble on the lower piece that goes under the floor . This piece is about a inch by 5 inch under the tread. I dont see and dimples for the welds.Could this be underneath ? Would the assy manual have a pict. of this area? Thanks for any guidance or if there is a better way to do this.
