| | | | Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,953 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,953 | Removed a front bumper bolt from my 49 and when I tried to put a new one in it would not go. Seems the bumper/bracket and valance panel were under tension. With a bit of persuasion it will go back but I am putting on bumperettes and cannot get a good grip on the bolt when it goes into the holes. I did consider removing the entire bumper assembly including the brackets and putting it back piece by piece. Any ideas? | | |
