| Crusing in the Passing Lane Joined: Jun 2011 Posts: 5,096 | The front mount is not always the same on GMC's; all my 302's have a fabricated U shaped channel, flat on the bottom, that rests on rubber in the front, like in the maintenance manual in above message, the frame mount might be the same for both engine mounts, I do not have one to look at.
