You stated that you have two orginial radiators, one has bad core. The other has bad tanks. Can you 'marry' the two to make one good one?
I believe aluminum is your only choice for a new, reasonable cost, radiator today. No matter where it is made.
I went through five new plus two repaired US made aluminum radiators before I got one that lasted through one season of car shows and several trips. They were not cheap. Two of them were from a well known company in North Carolina and cost $750.00 apiece. They were a custom fit radiator which drove up the price somewhat.
