My old channel had metal strips to hold the channel in place. How is the new one held in place? Do I have to add my own screw holes?
Answer: I use small, short self-tapping Phillips head screws, after I finish shaping the channel by rolling the window up.
The order of installation should be, outer window trim, channel, rubber wiper, felt wiper and then the inner trim?
Answer: Your order of assembly is correct. The felt wiper is to be attached to the inner trim prior to installing the inner trim to the door.
Does anyone have a good website that has a step by step of door assembly?
