Low Cab Forward is a Chevrolet trademark name for what you have. GMC just called them the "F" series, they are technically not a COE as the cab is not over the engine.
GMC actually never stopped making COE's from the 1930's up into the 90's. Chevrolet didn't make a COE from 1955-2 to 1959, they brought it back in 1960 as the Tilt Cab.
