I am not sure what will suit your tastes, but I have 5" or 6" round outside rear view convex mirrors that look like original mirrors. I bought these after I almost backed into a beautifully restored 1953 GMC husker.
CIPA is the manufacturer/source (up to 8.5" in diameter):
CPI 5" HotSpot convex side mirror CIPA HotSpot convex mirrors They mount on the original rear side-mirror arms (you might have to drill out the mounting hole a little). They are stainless steel and come shiney or black (like original side mirrors). They also sell flat (non convex) matching mirrors.
