| | | | Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,272 Renaissance Man | | Renaissance Man Joined: Mar 2010 Posts: 10,272 | If there are not four 1/4" bolt holes at the top of the head where it meets the valve cover (they may be covered by the older style 2-acorn nut valve cover), how can it be a '54 head of any description? The last year for the 2-acorn nut head (no 1/4" holes) was 1953.
