Problem solved. I went out the next day and started on the opposite window. The weatherstrip looked like it had a larger channel. Sure enough, the side that was giving me grief had a smaller channel(rear window seal). With the proper larger channel seal the windows went right in. Those kind of things really tick you off. I spent hours trying to get that bad one in.
