| | | | Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 60 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Aug 2011 Posts: 60 | I have a 54 engine I am going to install into my 49 1/2 ton.The starter on the original engine uses a foot push start, the starter on the 54 has an electric start. Can I simply bolt up the original foot start starter on the 54 and it work or do I have to do other things?
