Thanks Tim, the F0516J has E15052 stamped over it. So I'm thinkin they changed their mind for some funny reason and discarded the F0516J stamping. The E 14 2 suggests it's a 1962 engine? Why didn't GM just cast/stamp in ID markings that were straight forward and made logical sense? Would a code that read " June 20th 1960 235 C.I." for example have been to confusing????
