Most likely, you're going to have to do much more than just a lift to make them fit. Most of those 22" wheels are made for late model trucks, which means the backspace will not be correct for a direct bolt on without some sort of spacer. Lifting and/or trimming of the fenders may also be required, depending on what tire size you're considering. In addition, you will also need to do major brake upgrades, preferably disk brakes with at least a 13" or larger rotor to handle the extra rotating mass, which will also put extra stress on the wheel bearings. Depending on the tire width, power steering would also be a good idea.
