Just a heads up to you guys who may need one, on Jim Carter's site,
www.oldchevytrucks.com, in the "garage sale" section, under the "electrical" category, he is selling original cigarette lighter knobs. He has them listed as correct for 47-53, but as the above ad shows, they are correct for 54-55 1st as well. My truck still has this same original knob in it, and two other 54 cabs that I have acquired have this same knob. Go get'em, they look real nice! And the price is right too!
