Big61, I finally found my book. According to it, my front dif is a Spicer 445F. It says the rear is a Chevrolet semi-floating Hypoid. The transfer case is the Timken T-221. Also, all it says for the transmission is that it is a 4 speed. It may be a Spicer also, but I don't know which model. If my book was correct, the 1960 4X4 was only offered with the 4 speed.
