Eric, thanks for the post. I believe you're right, the front and rear dif are Dana 44's. I'm thinking the transfer case is the Rockwell 221, but i'm not sure. I know it was specified in the 1960 shop manual. Maybe someone will look it up for me, i've been all over the net looking and can't find it.
