Find someone with a lift you can put it up on. Get a helper. Raise the truck up and start it. Have your helper engage the clutch and shift to various gears while you are underneath listening. You can use a long (18 to 24 inch or longer) screw driver or bar and hold it to different places on the bell housing and or tranny and the handle end to your ear. Acts like a Dr's stethescope. You should be able to pinpoint the area of the screeching noise. Good luck.
