Gentlemen,
I need some help with my 1949 Chevy. I decided not to reuse the existing headlight trim rings because of damage. I purchased some re-production rings, but they do not come close to fitting (clips don't fit into ring properly and the seal is way too tight). I want to find some trim rings that fit. Does anyone make reproductions with a welded tab instead of the clip to hold the ring in place? If not, does anyone know of a good source where I can purchase some trim rings that will fit?
