there can be galvanic reaction between the ss bolts and the plain steel parts - helps if ya use some Never-seeze on the threads - the main problem is the ss bolt and nut will 'weld' itself together, but of course if ya do a good job in the first place you should never have to take it apart again! grin

300 sounds steep for the cad plate, but maybe ball park for ss
