It may be possible. If the pieces are just bolted together, you might be able to switch the parts around to make a mirror-image and instal it. My truck has had a set of "west-coast" mirrors installed at some point and I like them. Back in the day, folks weren't as concerned with what was behind them and out on the farm, I guess there wasn't as much to back into.
