I'm not sure where the mirror brackets are available, if they even are. However, my truck does have mirrors on both sides that are the ones that match the holes in the doors above the window and look like the one on your driver's side, so they do exist. As best I can tell, the passenger side has the same arms, just flipped over. See my gallery for photos. I even have the remains of a rubber grommet in some of the holes in the door frame that once sealed the mirror arms through the doors.
I checked your photo's and your truck looks nice. I have seen pictures of 46's with mirrors on both sides like your truck.
No trace of any rubber grommet on my son's truck. But seeing a gap between the door and the mirror arm made think that they left the factory with a rubber grommet. Thanks for confirming that grommets were used.
