Also, don't forget to stack bumper washers as needed to take up any irregularity in the contour of the apron and the contour of the bumper. If you try to just suck it down hard the apron will warp and you will bend it. You have to carefully fit the apron by stacking washers in the voids with the bumper brackets to prevent dimpling or warping it when you snug it up.
