I've been curious about this one, too. I *think* I've seen them mounted on the dash, in the left corner ... and I imagine you can see a reflection of the light colors? Seems odd to me, which is why I'm curious.
I've noticed in my truck, if I had a visor, the traffic lights sure would be out of view! I'd like to put a visor on, but I don't want to break my neck at every light, either.
